Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuperINSURANCE.AI platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

3. Fees, Credits, and Billing

• Pricing is per seat on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans are billed upfront with a 20% discount.
• Credits: 1 credit = $0.01. Usage charges are computed as provider cost × 1.5 (50% margin). Credits are allocated monthly per seat.
• Annual seats added mid-term are billed upfront and follow their own 12‑month cycle; credits still allocate monthly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activities. You must respect PHI/PII handling guidelines and applicable laws.

5. Customer Data and Confidentiality

Customer Data remains your property. We process Customer Data to provide the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy, DPA, and (if applicable) BAA. We treat Customer Data as confidential.

We maintain a security program aligned to SOC 2 principles. See our Security & Compliance page for details.

7. Availability and Support

We operate a globally distributed edge deployment. Planned maintenance and status will be communicated via the Status page.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach after notice and opportunity to cure. Upon termination, access ceases and remaining prepaid fees for unused periods are handled per the applicable Order (if any).

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable incorporation jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws.
